Kitchen Suppression Systems

Kitchen hood fire suppression systems are required to be inspected on a semi-annual basis as a minimum requirement of NFPA 17A. Our highly trained technicians can inspect and service all types of kitchen hood fire suppression systems. Our software system will keep a record of when inspections are due so you never have to worry about being delinquent on required inspections. We can also provide training in the proper use and maintenance of your system so in a fire situation everyone will be prepared to respond appropriately.

Fire Alarm Systems

  • You may not know how your Fire Alarm System will function until an emergency actually occurs. That might be too late. With our fire alarm system testing and inspection program, you can be sure your system will provide the protection your building requires and your occupants expect. Our service covers all fire alarm control equipment and alarm devices, including pull stations, smoke detectors, duct detectors, heat detectors, horns, speakers and Audio evacuation systems. Plus all interconnections to elevators, pressurization fans, electronic door releases and shutdowns of A/C equipment. Beyond testing and inspection, we will provide preventive maintenance to expose problems before they result in system failures. In the process, we can help reduce costly false alarms and help you comply with fire codes. As a customer you can expect: Comprehensive Testing to Detect Malfunctions
  • Testing of all alarm devices for functionality or damage.
  • System performance evaluation.
  • Thorough detailed documentation confirming test completion and results.
  • Service performed by factory-trained technicians using specialized instrumentation

Fire Sprinklers

When there is a fire on your property, your fire sprinkler system is actually the first thing to respond. These systems can control large blazes and can even put out small fires. However, this can only happen if your fire sprinkler system is in working condition. If not, the fire can consume everything you have worked so hard to build. Fire sprinkler systems can be confusing to the untrained eye. Thus, it is important for you to get regular inspections of your system so that trained technicians can detect and fix any potential problems. This way, you are fully protected in the event of a fire. When Should You Have an Inspection?

The National Fire Sprinkler Association recommends that you have your fire sprinkler system inspected at least four times a year, if not more frequently as required by your state. There are several instances when you should not hesitate to have an inspection, including the following:

  • Building additions or remodeling
  • Changes in the water supply
  • Changes in building use
  • Alterations with building occupancy
  • System changes such as adding backflow preventers or water meters
